Published by Thames and Hudson Ltd., London. This hardcover cookbook with dustjacket is in good used condition. The dustjacket shows wear with remnants of a sticker on the front cover as seen in photo, some creasing, wear along corners and edges. Book under the jacket is an attractive design and shows just normal wear along corners and edges. The page edges and inside pages show some minor yellowing, a few turned page corners, otherwise nice and clean. 160 pages. Wow! This cookbook could make a good resource or add to any collection.
